Project Location

The project locations are in Maintenance Districts 8, 9, 10, and 11. Please see project location map below.

Scope of Work

The project scope of work includes the following:

• Surface grinding of deteriorated pavement and placement of asphalt rubber hot mix pavement (ARHM).
• Adjusting utility covers to the new pavement level.
• Updating street striping and markings.

Intersection re-alignment at the following intersections: 
• Kellogg Avenue and Pelanconi Avenue;
• Cleveland Road and Glenoaks Boulevard; and
• Omar Street and Grant Avenue.

Phase
The project is currently in the design phase.

Construction Schedule
Construction is tentatively scheduled to start in Fall 2026 barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts
During the asphalt pavement, streets will be closed, and traffic will be affected temporarily.
