Project Location

Scope of Work
The project scope of work includes the following:
- Selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons.
- Selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements.
- Installation of new ADA compliant curb ramps where none existed.
- Modification and reconstruction of existing ramps to meet current ADA standards.
- Selective removal/reconstruction/surface grinding of deteriorated pavement and placement of asphalt concrete pavement.
- Placement of asphalt rubber hot mix pavement (ARHM) over asphalt leveling course.
- Application of crack sealing material and emulsion aggregate slurry (Slurry Seal Type II).
Phase
The project is in the construction phase.
Construction Schedule
Construction is tentatively scheduled from August 2025 to end of January 2026 barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Traffic Impacts
During the repair of damaged sidewalks and construction of ADA improvements, the sidewalk will be closed and traffic will be affected temporarily.
