Scope of Work

• Selective removal/reconstruction of deteriorated pavement and placement of asphalt concrete pavement
• Resurfacing of street pavement
• Selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of approximately of damaged curbs and gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, alley aprons, and local depressions
• Construction and modification of curb ramps to meet ADA guidelines
• Upsize of sanitary sewer main line, sanitary sewer repairs and lining
• Adjustment of existing manholes, utility valves, and water meters to finished grade
• Planting of new street trees
• Removal and replacement of existing traffic striping and pavement markings
• Installation of new class III bike boulevard on Rock Glen Avenue

Project Location
The project is located on various streets bound by Colorado Street to the north, Plumas Street to the south, South Verdugo Road to the west, and the easterly City limits. Please see project location map below.

Funding Sources
The project is funded with State Gas Tax and Sewer Funds.

Phase
The Project is currently in the design phase.
