Scope of Work

• Selective removal and repair of the sewer main pipe;
• Selective reconstruction of the concrete curbs and gutters, driveway aprons, sidewalks, and curb ramps; cross gutters, alley aprons, local depression and bus pad; 
• Installation of new sidewalk;
• Selective removal and reconstruction of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements;
• Cold-mill the existing asphalt concrete pavement, Cold-in-Place recycling of existing asphalt concrete pavement (CIR) and overlaying it with asphalt rubber hot mix pavement;
• Slurry seal installation;
• Utility covers adjustment to grade;
• Possible Traffic Signal Modification at Riverside drive and Western Drive and Riverside Drive and South Chavez Street
• Installation of striping and pavement markings
