Construction Schedule

The construction started on September 30, 2013 and was completed in August 2014.

Scope of Work

The 1/2-acre project provides needed parkland to south Glendale’s Tropico neighborhood.  The project includes toddler and youth play areas, a fitness zone, varied areas for seating and gatherings, and a community garden.  The site will utilizes drought tolerant native plants and state of the art LED site and security lighting.

Location

The project site is located at 812 S. Maryland Avenue.
