Glendale operates three downtown public parking structures: the Exchange, the Marketplace, and Orange Street that all offer 90 minutes free parking. These structures are owned by the City and are currently maintained by a parking operator. All of these parking structures help support the surrounding businesses by supplying approximately 2,400 public parking spaces. Each location offers monthly parking for employees of the local businesses.
Exchange Parking Structure
Address: 115 North Artsakh Avenue
Number of Spaces: 694
Rates: First 90 minutes free then $2.00 per hour
Maximum daily charge: $12.00
Monthly Parking: $90 for monthly parking per keycard + $15 activation fee on keycards (Employees Only)
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Marketplace Parking Structure
Address: 120 South Artsakh Avenue
Number of Spaces: 1124
Rates: First 90 minutes free then $2.00 per hour
Maximum daily charge: $12.00
Monthly Parking: $90 for monthly parking per keycard + $15 activation fee on keycards (Employees Only)
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Orange Street Parking Structure
Address: 222 North Orange Street
Number of Spaces: 625
Rates: First 90 minutes free then $2.00 per hour

Monthly Parking: $90 for monthly parking per keycard + $15 activation fee on keycards (Employees Only)
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Civic Center Parking Structure
The City of Glendale also owns the Civic Center Parking Facility. The main purpose of this structure is to support the parking demand of city employees and City Hall visitors. This structure contains 594 spaces.
