Families are invited to participate in our Children’s Clothing Swap following Toddler Storytime at the Glendale Central Library – Children’s Space.

Ages 18 months – 3 years.
🎨 Toddler Stay & Play
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Ages 18 months – 3 years
👕 Children’s Clothing Swap
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
♻️ How to Participate in the Children's Clothing Swap

Bring up to 10 clean, gently used children’s clothing items (sizes newborn through 5T).

Items may also be dropped off on Tuesday, May 12 at the Children’s Space the day before or at the beginning of the swap.

Essential supplies, such as unopened diapers, are also welcome.

All items must be in good condition and free of stains or tears.
🔋 Bring Your Small Batteries for Recycling! ♻️
If you have small batteries that you'd like to get rid of, we can recycle them for you! Just bring them along to the event.
The Library is only accepting drop-offs of:
- 9 volt
- AA
- AAA
- C Cell
- D Cell
- Lithium (phone/computer)
- Mercury button (watch/hearing aid)
- Ni-Cd
No other battery type will be accepted. Please do not bring large batteries such as car batteries and alike.

Beeline Route 4, 31 stops across the street from the Central Library on Harvard.

Metro Route 92 and 180 stop at Harvard and Brand, around the corner from the Library.

Bicycle parking is available at the Central Library. Bike racks are located in front of the main entrance on Harvard.

The Glendale Central Library is part of Metro Micro’s Highland Park/Eagle Rock/Glendale zone.
Dial-A-Ride:

If you are resident who is 65 years or older or a disabled resident who is registered with Dial-A-Ride, you can registered to be dropped off at the library. For more information, visit GlendaleTransit.com.
By Car:

Free parking and accessible parking is available in the Central Library Parking Lot.

Visitors can receive 3 hours of free parking across Harvard street at the Marketplace parking structure with validation at the service desk. Accessible parking is available on the east side of the building.
