  Under the direction of Gayane Baghdasaryan, Artistic Director and Choirmaster with over 30 years of experience, the Haikian Chamber Choir delivers performances that are both technically superb and emotionally stirring. Their diverse repertoire spans classical Armenian compositions, contemporary pop, jazz standards, and spirituals, all performed with a commitment to cultural preservation and artistic excellence. The choir's harmonious blend of voices serves as a powerful testament to the enduring spirit of Armenian musical tradition.

• Reading by Glendale Poet Laureate Raffi Joe Wartanian
  

  Raffi Joe Wartanian, Glendale's inaugural Poet Laureate, is a multifaceted artist whose work spans writing, music, and education. A lecturer at UCLA, Wartanian's poetry and essays have been featured in esteemed publications such as The New York Times and Los Angeles Review of Book. His poignant readings delve into themes of identity, memory, and resilience, offering audiences a profound literary experience that reflects the rich tapestry of Armenian-American life.
