Background

The Glorietta Park Reservoir is a reinforced concrete, potable water storage reservoir serving the City’s 968 water pressure zone.  In recent years it has been noted that there is leakage of water from the reservoir’s west water storage cell.   A visual inspection was performed which indicated severe deterioration of the reservoir’s joint sealants.   

Scope of Work

The work generally includes the removal and replacement of the expansion joint sealants.

Project Schedule

Preparation of project plans and specifications will be completed in January 2025.  Construction to start in April 2025 and will last approximately 3 months.
