Glendale Water & Power’s Commercial Rebates Program helps local businesses save energy, conserve water, and reduce operating costs. Take advantage of rebates to upgrade your kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, irrigation systems, heat pump HVAC, and more, making improvements more affordable than ever! 

Application Portals

Our program covers a wide range of equipment, from energy-efficient HVAC to water-saving fixtures, so there are two separate application portals, depending on the type of equipment you are installing.

1. GWP Commercial Rebates Portal

Eligible Glendale Water and Power commercial customers can receive rebates through our Commercial Rebates Portal for the below listed measures. Please review the Who’s Eligible and How to Apply sections to ensure your application meets all requirements.

Who’s Eligible

• You are a Glendale Water & Power commercial customer in good standing.

• The equipment is installed within GWP service territory.

• Equipment must be listed in the qualifying model list.

• The project meets program requirements and documentation standards.

How to Apply

• Review the Qualifying List under each appliance to confirm whether the measure model number is eligible and/or minimum requirements are met in case of Heat Pump HVAC or Heat Pump Water Heater. You may apply for multiple measures on one application for the same customer.

• Visit and register on our Commercial Rebates Portal. Apply along with the paid in full invoice, complete and signed W-9, and City of Glendale Permit (if applicable.)

• Please reach out to the City of Glendale Building & Safety Department at 818-548-3200 for any permit inquiries or visit their permitting portal here.

• Application will be processed within 10 business days, and you will be notified of pre-approval, need for corrections, or denial.

• Once the application is fully approved a check will be issued and mailed within four weeks.

2. SoCalWater$mart Portal

Glendale Water and Power commercial customers should use the SoCalWater$mart portal to apply for commercial rebates listed below, brought to you by GWP and SoCalWater$mart! Explore eligible measures, see which products qualify, and apply for rebates to save resources and reduce costs.
