GWP Water Service Requirements do not allow any new structures or additions to existing structures to be built over the water main or to encroach into its easement(s).  In addition, existing permitted structures which are built over the water main, encroach into GWP easement, and/or are changing type of use shall obtain a Permit to Encroach (PTE).
