As approved by the City of Glendale voters, the City collects Utility Users Tax (UUT) on electric, gas, water, telecommunications and video services, which helps to fund a wide array of vital City services such as libraries, parks, public works, police and fire services.  The UUT rates are as follow:

Please Note:  The City of Glendale offers two types of exemptions, senior and disabled exemptions. If you wish to apply for the exemption, visit the City’s Utility Users Tax Exemption Program page by clicking here.
