Fitness Classes for Seniors
Virtual and In-Person

Exercise and fitness classes for seniors are offered virtually and in person at three locations: Adult Recreation Center, Pacific Community Center, and Sparr Heights Community Center.  Classes include aerobics, slow stretch, line dancing, Zumba,  and muscle toning.

SCHEDULE

Drop-In Activities for Seniors

Available to Activity Card Holders ONLY

Activity Card Fee:
Senior Activity Cards (60 years of age and older)    $10/year
Adult Activity Cards (18 - 59 years old)                      $25/year
Single Day Pass                                                           $ 2 /day

Activity Cards can be purchased in person only at one of the following locations:  Adult Recreation Center, Maple Park Community Center, Glendale Sports Complex, Pacific Community Center, or Sparr Heights Community Center. An Activity Card is valid for use at all locations.
