Cooling Fan Assistance Program

How it works:

The Cooling Fan Assistance Program is administered by the City of Glendale’s Community Services & Parks (CSP) Department to help underserved seniors in the greater Glendale area keep cool when temperatures rise. The program provides one free fan per household who are 60 years of age and older and meet other eligibility requirements.

Qualified applicants will need to schedule an appointment to pick up their cooling fan by calling (818) 548-3775 or emailing CSPCares@GlendaleCA.gov. There will be no walk-ins. All pick-ups must be by appointment. No exceptions.
