The City is beginning a series of changes designed to improve the consistency of our application and design review process, as well as enhance timelines for applicants. These changes will include a number of revisions to application submittal, customer interactions, and internal processes.

This first improvement to our pre-application process will provide consistent and useful feedback, more information will be necessary in order to successfully discuss the intent of your project. It reduces the amount of time it takes to review a project upon full submittal.
