Submitting a Planning Application? Follow These Four Steps:

STEP 1 - CONTACT US AND A PLANNER WILL CONTACT YOU

  • E-mail us at permitapplication@glendaleca.gov for questions prior to project submittal and a planner will contact you. Provide your:
    • email address,
    • phone number,
    • project address, and
    • pertinent information related to your intended project.

The below submittal requirements and examples are provided for your information:

STEP 2 - RESEARCH YOUR PROJECT

Use the following documents to do research and ensure your project meets Zoning Code, General, Specific, or Strategic Plan, and Design and Landscaping Guideline requirements.

STEP 3 - COMPLETE APPROPRIATE APPLICATION FORMS 


STEP 4 - SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I SUBMIT MY PROJECT?
After you have completed your application packet and are ready to submit your project, email your application forms to PermitApplication@Glendaleca.gov. Your project will be assigned to a case planner and they will contact you regarding the drawing and documentation submittal requirements.
