AMI BannerArea Median Income (AMI) below is the household income limit for the relocation assistance program. For all parcels containing 5 or more dwelling units, tenants are eligible to receive full relocation benefits when the overall household income is equal to or less than 130% of AMI. HUD AMI equals $73,100. 130% of $73,100 equals $95,030.

2019 Fair Market Rents (FMR) as established by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development is as follows 0 Beds is $1279. 1 Bed is $1517. 2 Bed is $1956. 3 Bed is $2614. 4 Bed is $2857.
