Glendale Continuum of Care (CoC) opens local FY 2025 Program Competition via Zoom Grants on November 25, 2025
The City of Glendale Continuum of Care (CoC) invites all eligible agencies including organizations providing homeless services, housing, mental health treatment, and substance use treatment to review the FY 2025 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on November 13, 2025.
You can access NOFO FR-6900-N-25 at Grants.gov or download NOFO FR-6900-N-25 as a PDF.
This year’s NOFO expands the types of components that can apply, creating opportunities for new and innovative projects. The Glendale CoC welcomes applications from all qualifying organizations, including high-performing faith-based providers. Prior CoC funding is not required to be eligible.
You can access the City of Glendale Request for Proposals (RFP) for the FY 2025 Continuum of Care Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (FR-6900-N-25) as a PDF.
All RFPs must be submitted to the Glendale CoC by December 10, 2025. This webpage will be updated as HUD releases additional guidance and next steps. Please review the NOFO timeline (subject to change) and check back regularly for the latest updates.
