Applies citywide commercial projects 1,250 sq. ft. or greater:
$4 sq. ft. GFA
Hotels, auto dealerships, institutional uses such as schools and churches, and the reconstruction of any building that was destroyed by fire, flood, earthquake, or act of nature, as long as the square footage of the reconstructed building does not exceed the square footage before the loss.
