The City must receive the Proposal on or before 4 p.m. on November 5, 2025. A Proposal
received after this date and time will be considered non-responsive and the City will return the
Proposal, unopened.

A Proposal must be submitted on the attached Proposal Form package. Oral, telephonic,
facsimile, or electronically transmitted (email) Proposals are invalid, and the City will not accept
or consider them.

Proposer must submit the proposal package in one sealed envelope including all the attachments
and supporting documents in originally signed paper copy.

The Proposal must be clearly marked “Self-Evaluation and ADA Transition Plan.”

If a Proposer has any question about this RFP, the proposed Contract, or the Scope of Services, or

Public works in general means:

Construction, alteration, demolition, installation, or repair work done under contract and paid in whole or in part out of public funds.
It can include preconstruction and post-construction activities related to a public works project.
For a full definition of public works refer to Labor Code section 1720.
