This RFQ is soliciting for Multiple Scopes of Service, at once. Respondents may choose to submit their SOQs for one or multiple services. If submitting qualifications for more than one service, the Respondent must submit a qualification package for each scope separately.

A Respondent must submit the SOQ package in two sealed envelopes:
Envelope 1, Qualifications: Clearly labeled as Qualifications; this envelope shall contain three (3) hard copies of their SOQ (consisting of 1 originally signed SOQ and 2 copies) and one (1) digital PDF copy of the SOQ on a flash drive. All documents must be in a sealed, clearly labeled envelope (or box).
Envelope 2, Cost Proposal: Clearly labeled as Cost Proposal; this envelope shall contain the cost estimate including Fee Schedule, Fee Matrix and any cost related documents. All documents must be in a sealed, clearly labeled envelope (or box).

SOQs may be delivered by mail or in person.

FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS - PLEASE NOTE - Contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations before bidding, being awarded, or performing work on public works projects in California. Please click here for more information.

Public works in general means:

  • Construction, alteration, demolition, installation, or repair work done under contract and paid in whole or in part out of public funds.
  • It can include preconstruction and post-construction activities related to a public works project.
  • For a full definition of public works refer to Labor Code section 1720.
