2026 Bookmark Contest Winners Announced
GLENDALE, CA – Glendale Library, Arts & Culture Children’s Services is pleased to announce the winners of the 2026 Bookmark Contest. Participants were asked to create a bookmark showcasing the theme Plant a Seed, ReadArtwork was encouraged to reflect on farms, gardens, and feeding their bodies and minds through reading. This year’s bookmark contest theme is also the 2026 Summer Reading Program theme. The winning bookmarks and more information about the contest can be viewed on the library’s website at:EGlendaleLAC.org/kids-bookmark-contest
The winners are:

  • Grade 2 – Valentina P.
  • Grade 3 – Ciel K.

  • Grade 5 – Kayla P.  
  • Grade 6 – Lari J.  
  • Grade 7 – Olivia C.  
  • Grade 8 – Aki O.
