Burglary at Glendale Galleria

On May 23, 2019, the Glendale Police Department arrested Robert “Bobby” Spillman, 29, of Burbank, for Grand Theft and Burglary.

Spillman was identified as the suspect of a burglary that took place on March 14, 2019 at the We Fix Now kiosk in the Glendale Galleria.

Surveillance footage showed Spillman enter the kiosk before business hours, force entry into the cabinet, and walk away with 4 boxes of cellphone screens.  The loss for the kiosk was over $25,000.00. Spillman was also identified as the suspect in several commercial burglaries with businesses that fix cell phone screens across southern California.

During the investigation, officers learned that Spillman has a history of prior arrests for similar offenses.

The public was instrumental in assisting with the identification of Spillman, and we’d like to thank all those who reached out via phone and/or email with information.
