Learn the basic symptoms of some common chronic illnesses, and how foods, herbs, spices and teas may be helpful with the prevention and symptom management of these conditions. This workshop will focus on heart health and heart related diseases.</p><p>Participants will receive some of the herbs, spices, and teas covered in the workshop to take home.</p><p>This workshop will take place Wednesday, May 14, 2025, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at the Pacific Park Library.
