Make a DIY pressed flower sun catcher, teens will design their own glowing window art using real pressed flowers and translucent materials. Plus, receive an hour of community service! 

Teens in Action (TIA) at the Montrose Library is a small group of teens (Ages 13-18) dedicated to helping and improving our local community and library while earning community service hours. At TIA, you’ll have the opportunity to help with library events, have a say in what programs we offer, provide valuable feedback to improve library services, and so much more!   

Teens in Action at the Montrose Library is a small group of students dedicated to helping and improving the community and library while earning community service hours. 

Teens in Action meets Wednesdays from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Montrose Library.  

*Space is limited to 15 teens (Ages 13-18) per event. 

Please bring community service paperwork.

PARKING

Library parking is available onsite. Parking entrance is behind the Fire Station and Library buildings on Sunset Ave. Visitors receive 3-hour free parking and 15 minutes drop off parking is available in front of the Library. Accessible parking and wheelchair ramp is available in the parking lot.
