The City of Glendale is planning the Glendale-Los Angeles Garden River Bridge Project, a new pedestrian and bicycle bridge connecting Glendale and Los Angeles over the Los Angeles River.
Once completed, this bridge will:
- Create a new accessible direct route for people walking and biking between both cities
- Improve access and connections to reach parks, trails, and local destinations
- Improve safety and convenience for pedestrians and cyclists
- Encourage active recreation and commuting without a vehicle
- Support regional goals for cleaner air and active transportation
Join the Community Meeting to learn more about the project and share your input. Project funded by Proposition “C”, Measure R Sub-Regional Highway, and Proposition 68.
