Genealogy Research

Difficult-to-find family resources

This workshop will focus on where you can look if you have hit a wall in your genealogy research, in particular if your heritage includes African, Native American, Chinese or Filipino ancestry.

The instructor, Charlotte Bocage, will provide suggestions on resources and strategies for getting unstuck in your genealogy journey. Although we will be discussing the heritages listed above, all are welcome whatever heritage you are researching.

She has taught at UCLA's Ocher Program and Family Tree University and has lectured at nationwide societies and the National Genealogical Society's Annual Conference 2022.
