The City of Glendale has announced the availability of funds for the 2026–2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Local community agencies interested in applying for grant funding are invited to participate in a Mandatory Technical Assistance Meeting, which will outline requirements and provide guidance for the application process.
The meeting will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Adult Recreation Center, located at 201 East Colorado Street, Glendale, CA 91205. Two sessions will be offered:
- Public Social Services Meeting: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Capital Improvement Meeting: 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Attendance at the appropriate session is required. After participating, agencies will receive a ZoomGrants link to begin submitting applications for the 2026–2027 funding cycle.
Detailed Application Instructions and Exhibits are available on the City’s website at GlendaleCA.gov/CDBG. Completed applications must be submitted through ZoomGrants no later than January 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
