With a new presidential administration, there have been significant employment law updates for 2025. From new executive orders and EEOC guidance to anticipated Form I-9 enforcement, employers should be ready to adjust accordingly. On a state-level, California employers must also be prepared for mid-year wage increases, wage and hour audit recommendations, ongoing safety requirements, and new regulations in the works!

Join CEA’s subject matter experts for our Mid-Year Labor Law Update, where we break down the latest HR news, such as:

  • Changes to Form I-9
  • ICE Visits & California’s Notice of Inspection Requirements
  • Executive Orders and Impacts on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programs
  • New Labor Law Posters and Employee Notices
  • Increasing Wages, Including for Fast Food and Healthcare Workers
  • New and Ongoing Safety Requirements
  • And More!

Beyond telling you “what’s new,” CEA takes a more practical approach. We explain next steps and best practices, including how to update your policies, practices, and trainings. Be sure to bring your questions and register now to reserve your spot!

This virtual event will be hosted live! We encourage attendance to receive the full interactive experience and get your questions answered by our HR Subject Matter Experts.
