Join Integrative Health Specialist Dr. Desmonette Hazly as she explores the topic of culinary medicine. Learn the basic symptoms of some common chronic illnesses, and how foods, herbs, spices and teas found at our local grocery stores can be helpful with the prevention and symptom management of these conditions.
This workshop will focus on how ingredients found at our local grocery stores can affect your blood pressure and chronic conditions like diabetes. Participants will receive some of the herbs, spices, and teas covered in the workshop to take home.
