At no cost, you can have your federal and state tax return completed at our sites. CSUN’s VITA Clinics are helping Californians qualify for the Federal and the California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC). You may be eligible if you, and your spouse, earned a total gross income of less than $67,000 during the 2024 tax year and are a resident of Los Angeles County.

PARKING

The Library is located on 1535 5th St Glendale, CA 91201. Next to the library entrance, in front of Jefferson Elementary School. Parking is available onsite during library open hours from 1:30-6:00pm. Accessible parking and wheelchair access is available. Street parking is available on 5th street, Ruberta Ave, and adjacent streets.
