Youth & Family Services, Virtual Teen Night Out presents “Teens Building Community Partnerships”

On Thursday, November 5, 2020, Youth & Family Services Section will present, “Teens Building Community Partnerships” with a virtual Teen Night Out (TNO) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The topic will be presented by Alex Parajon, member of the Glendale Educational Foundation, Vice President of the Glendale Parks & Open Space Foundation, and Rotary District Senior Assistant Governor with the Glendale Sunrise Rotary.  Alex will discuss ways to build and nurture community partnerships with useful strategies teens can use to create long lasting programs in their schools. Teens will go into detail about how community partnerships develop and sustain meaningful interactive relationships with their varied communities (that is teen, parent, education, civic, and business groups), so that all members understand and contribute to the work of supporting programs in the community and schools.
