On Thursday, October, 1, 2020, Youth & Family Services Section will present, “The Facts About COVID 19”” with a virtual Teen Night Out (TNO) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The topic will be presented by Arie Koster, Clinical Psychology Student at Alliant International University. COVID-19 can affect anyone, and the disease can cause symptoms ranging from mild to very severe.  For some other illnesses caused by respiratory viruses (such as influenza), some people may be more likely to have severe illness than others because they have characteristics or medical conditions that increase their risk. These are commonly called “risk factors.”  Examples include older age or having certain underlying medical conditions.  Arie will guide us through the facts about COVID-19.
