PACIFIC PARK LIBRARY TO HOST FREE CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SCREENING EVENT

Glendale CA  - On Saturday November 4, 2017, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will be providing a free citizenship and immigration screening event from 10 am to 3 pm at the Pacific Park Library, 501 South Pacific Avenue Glendale 91204, for those interested in naturalization. IRC will also conduct an informational presentation in the Pacific Park Library at 1 pm that day during the Glendale Health Festival. The presentation will cover the naturalization process and potential forms of immigration relief. In addition, anyone interested in applying for citizenship is recommended to start the process by completing the screening on November 4, and then registering for a free CitizenshipWorks workshop which will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the Downtown Central Library, 222 East Harvard Street Glendale 91205. 

The International Rescue Committee is a non-profit organization accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice to provide low cost immigration services. IRC is a partner of CitizenshipWorks, a free online service that helps individuals apply for citizenship step-by-step.
