Effective September 28th, 2016, the Glendale Police Department will no longer have online reporting available as a service. Over the years the Glendale Police Department has implemented several technological advancements to operate more efficiently and provide the best customer service to its citizens. Among those advancements was the ability to file and obtain a documented police report online through CopLogic services which went into effect in 2013.

CopLogic was continuously monitored and reevaluated for its efficiency. After careful consideration and taking into account the multiple issues raised by both staff and citizens, police management has decided that this service does not provide the level of service and convenience it was once intended for our community and citizens.

The City of Glendale will continue to operate the online capability of filing a Community Service Report which provides non-emergent services from all city departments. However, to obtain or file a documented police report, citizens must contact the police department personally. This can be done in the traditional way of calling the police to be summoned to your location or visiting the police department in person.

For any questions, please contact the Office of the Chief of Police at 818-548-4818.
