On 8/16/16, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office filed the following charges: 2 counts of Attempted Kidnapping involving a Child Under the Age of 14. (664 P.C. 207(a) P.C.)

August 11, 2016: The Glendale Police Department has identified and arrested a female suspect who attempted to kidnap two children earlier this week.  The suspect, identified as 52 year old Lisa Arnold, of Glendale was taken into custody at approximately 2:30am this morning.

Detectives have been working through the night conducting interviews and search warrants.  This investigation is still very active and detectives are working to determine a motive.  At this time, the Glendale Police Department is not looking for any other suspects.
